The Auld Dubliner

When the Covid-19 quarantines started in Switzerland, restaurants were banned from using paper menus or other media that involve touching, so our challenge was to make menus that were as informative as possible for the user and would increase customer engagement in the pub.

Events

Everyone makes the menu as a standard PDF file, but we decided to put a mini-website in QR, with a conveniently updated menu, event schedule, special offers and the ability to reserve tables for the events the pub is hosting.

Zapier

For system flexibility, we integrated all forms with the Zapier service, which allows us to combine the interaction of forms in the system, spreadsheets, google drive and mailing lists quickly and without investing in solution development. Zapier allowed us to set up a multi-stage notification system for pub managers in no time at all.

Dubliner Card

The Auld Dubliner is an Irish bar and pub serving both our customers and communities.
